About the role
The Guest Service Expert at The Ritz‑Carlton Dubai creates memorable dining experiences for guests at the pool and beach venues. You will deliver attentive service, ensure safety and cleanliness, and uphold the brand’s Gold Standards throughout each interaction.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, arrange settings and maintain a clean service area.
- Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff.
- Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to guest needs promptly.
- Clean work areas, replenish supplies and ensure all equipment is in good condition.
- Perform physical duties such as standing for long periods, walking on uneven or slippery surfaces, and lifting objects up to 25 lb unaided (up to 50 lb with assistance).
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
