Food & Beverage Service Expert – Russian Speaker

About the role

The Food & Beverage Service Expert will create memorable dining experiences for guests at Aloft Hotels in Dubai. This position requires a Russian‑speaking professional who can handle a variety of service tasks, from setting tables to interacting with the kitchen and ensuring a clean work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, ensuring proper presentation and cleanliness.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages to guests, responding to their needs promptly.
• Maintain work areas, supplies, and equipment in a tidy condition.
• Follow safety, quality, and uniform standards at all times.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted and 50 lb with assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Fluent Russian language skills.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of food‑service procedures.
• Ability to read and verify menu information.
• Physical stamina for standing, walking, and handling moderate loads.
