About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor – BF Admin will oversee daily operations of the dining areas at W Hotels in Dubai, ensuring high standards of service, safety, and guest satisfaction. This role combines team leadership, inventory control, and financial handling to support seamless guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect staff grooming and attire, correcting deficiencies.
• Communicate with guests and departments to meet guest needs.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service quality, safety, and guest well‑being.
• Complete work orders for maintenance repairs and conduct regular inventories of supplies, food, and liquor.
• Check stock levels, requisition supplies, and manage bank cash handling securely.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and motivating employees.
• Enforce company safety policies, report incidents, and complete required safety training.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and protection of company assets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related work experience in food & beverage.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb, standing for long periods, and navigating confined spaces.
