Food & Beverage Supervisor

About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high guest satisfaction. This role involves leading the front‑of‑house team, coordinating with back‑of‑house departments, and driving sales through upselling.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and maintain service quality.
• Lead, guide and monitor wait staff, handling side duties and performance.
• Address guest requests, complaints and enquiries professionally.
• Drive sales through upselling and identifying additional guest needs.
• Ensure food and beverage quality, cleanliness, safety and compliance.
• Conduct pre‑shift briefings and coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, Housekeeping and Stewarding.
• Monitor mise‑en‑place, equipment, inventory and restaurant presentation.
• Assist in staff scheduling, roster preparation and timesheet submission.
• Conduct employee training, performance appraisals and coaching.
• Maintain operational records, logbooks and incident reports.

Required profile
