About the role
The Food & Beverage Supervisor ensures seamless service delivery by leading the team, maintaining standards, and addressing guest needs in a hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise staff to provide optimal service and meet guest expectations.
- Inspect grooming, attire, and overall appearance of team members.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and securing the area.
- Maintain storage organization using FIFO, conduct inventories, and requisition supplies.
- Monitor dining areas for seating, safety, and guest well‑being.
- Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees.
- Enforce company safety policies, report incidents, and complete required safety training.
- Uphold confidentiality, protect assets, and ensure professional guest interactions.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant food & beverage experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
