About the role
The Guest Service Support Expert ensures food and beverage operations run smoothly at W Hotels, Dubai. You will assist with table settings, kitchen support, cleaning, and supply replenishment to create a seamless guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables and arrange dining areas for guests.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks and maintain a clean work environment.
- Replenish supplies and ensure all service stations are stocked.
- Maintain safety standards while moving across varied surfaces and handling equipment.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).
- Previous experience in a food‑and‑beverage environment is preferred but not mandatory.
