About the role
At Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai Hotel, Minor Hotels is looking for a Food & Beverage Waiter who embraces the brand’s philosophy of vibrant social spaces, stylish rooms and locally inspired food. Key responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across all departments to ensure timely service and smooth operation.
- Adhere to hotel policies, SOPs, personal discipline and grooming standards.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel services and facilities to answer guest queries.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) equipment correctly and develop complete menu knowledge.
- Follow safety policies, maintain a clean work area and handle room‑service trays and dish breakdown.
- Respect guest privacy by following security measures when entering rooms.
- Participate in training meetings to continuously improve professional skills and guest satisfaction.
