Join Hilton’s vibrant Food & Beverage team at the iconic Palm Jumeirah hotel and become the face of hospitality for our guests. As a Waiter/Waitress you will create memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive, friendly service in a dynamic hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive attitude and anticipate their needs to enhance the dining experience.
• Master the menu, promotions and specials to confidently answer guest questions.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them accurately into the point‑of‑sale system, and deliver orders promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized and fully stocked service station throughout the shift.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations.
