About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Food Server to join our team at Ground Control in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate can start immediately and will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests professionally.
- Take and serve orders accurately, recommending and upselling food, beverages, desserts, and promotions.
- Ensure guest satisfaction with fast service and maintain cleanliness and service standards.
- Support birthday parties, events, and group bookings.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and entertainment teams.
Required profile
- Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, or entertainment venues preferred.
- Excellent customer service and upselling skills.
- Presentable, energetic, and positive personality.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, flexible with shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Team player with knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
