Foreman - Civil

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise daily civil works on bridge construction, maintenance and rehabilitation projects in Dubai. The role involves leading site crews, ensuring safety, quality and timely execution of all civil activities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily civil works including concrete works, structural repairs, formwork, reinforcement and waterproofing.
• Allocate manpower, tools and materials to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, method statements and work instructions.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers and subcontractors to meet project targets.
• Monitor workmanship, conduct regular site checks and report progress and issues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements and maintain site housekeeping.
• Maintain daily records of manpower, work progress and site activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or technical qualification in Civil Engineering or related trade (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Civil Foreman on bridge construction or infrastructure projects in the UAE.
• Hands‑on experience with concrete repairs, structural works, reinforcement, formwork and waterproofing.
• Valid UAE manual driving licence.
