Foreman - Mason

About the role

The Masonry Foreman will oversee the casting and finishing of precast elements, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. This role involves leading teams, coordinating with clients and suppliers, and maintaining strict safety compliance on site.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of masonry construction projects and manage masonry crews.
• Ensure safety regulations and occupational health standards are strictly followed.
• Maintain a clean, organized worksite and supervise equipment and machinery.
• Plan, budget, and schedule projects, including ordering materials and equipment.
• Coordinate daily attendance, request overtime, and resolve any construction delays.
• Report unsafe acts and conditions to the HSE department and participate in safety meetings.

Required profile

• Diploma in Industrial Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Higher School Certificate.
• Valid competent and skill‑based certificates.
• Commitment to health and safety compliance.
