Forex Dealer

About the role

Metelite Global is hiring a full-time Forex Dealer in Dubai. The role covers dealing desk monitoring, risk and exposure management, hedging and liquidity coordination, and trade surveillance and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor client open positions, trading volumes, order flow and dealing activities in real time, flagging large trades, unusual positions and concentrated exposure.
• Watch trading during high-impact news and volatile markets, and monitor margin levels, margin calls, stop-outs and high-risk accounts.
• Evaluate gross and net exposure across clients, instruments and the trading book, and implement approved A-Book, B-Book and hybrid execution strategies within delegated limits.
• Coordinate hedging with approved liquidity providers and support trade routing through MT5 and bridge systems; escalate abnormal liquidity and execution issues.
• Spot suspicious trading behaviour such as latency arbitrage and toxic flow, investigate discrepancies and prepare daily exposure, dealing, hedging and risk reports.
• Maintain accurate dealing records, escalate material risks to management and coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Operations and Technology teams.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in a Forex/CFD brokerage dealing desk or trading-risk operations role.
• Previous experience with a retail Forex/CFD brokerage and live MT5 dealing operations.
• Experience monitoring XAUUSD, EURUSD and other high-volume instruments.
• Willingness to work shifts based on international market hours.

Required skills

• Strong practical knowledge of MetaTrader 5 (MT5 Manager/Administrator).
• Demonstrated experience with A-Book, B-Book and hybrid execution models.
• Knowledge of spreads, slippage, stop-outs, margin requirements and execution quality.
• Familiarity with brokerage bridge and risk management tools such as PrimeXM, oneZero, Centroid or FXCubic.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills, and excellent English communication.
