Forward Deployed Agile Software Engineer

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives, data sources and technical constraints, translating them into solution architectures and prototypes.
• Design, develop and deploy AI‑enabled applications, autonomous agents, APIs, data pipelines and full‑stack products that address real‑world business needs.
• Build the infrastructure surrounding AI models, including prompts, context management, permissions, observability and feedback mechanisms for reliable production performance.
• Develop and refine agent loops, workflow orchestration and state‑machine patterns that coordinate models, tools, data and human approvals.
• Create evaluation frameworks and testing strategies to measure accuracy, reliability, safety, latency, cost and user value.

Required profile

• Professional software engineering experience with production‑grade applications, preferably involving AI‑powered or autonomous systems.
• Strong problem‑solving ability to quickly understand unfamiliar technologies and business domains.
• Excellent communication skills for client‑facing interactions and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client workshops or on‑site delivery.
