Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

The Forward Deployed Engineer works at the intersection of Alpheya’s wealth‑tech platform and client environments. You will translate complex business constraints into technical solutions that run in production, delivering immediate value to banks and financial institutions across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end technical delivery for assigned clients.
• Lead technical calls, reviews and sign‑offs with client teams.
• Translate client constraints into internal requirements and define feasible implementation strategies.
• Travel to client sites as needed to ensure successful deployments.
• Provide feedback from field engagements to shape the product roadmap.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience (junior level).
• Strong client‑facing communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on enterprise‑scale problems.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
