• Build AI solutions such as agent workflows, RAG pipelines, custom applications, and data products that integrate with enterprise systems.
• Own the full lifecycle: discovery, architecture, build, deployment, and iteration with real users.
• Transform large, complex data sets into formats suitable for AI systems.
• Collaborate with product engineers, deployment strategists, and client teams on solution strategy.
• Travel to client sites for workshops, debugging, and relationship building.

Required profile

• Strong engineering background (CS, software engineering, mathematics, physics, or data science) with 4+ years in backend, data, or full‑stack development.
• Ability to converse substantively with both technical (CTO) and non‑technical executives.
• High sense of ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and willingness to ship work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript.
• Hands‑on experience with modern AI tooling: LLMs, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, agent frameworks, evaluations, and prompt orchestration.
• Experience with large‑scale data processing and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
