Founders Associate

About the role

Taptap Send seeks a seasoned, strategic operator to work directly with the Founder and senior leadership as a Founders Associate. You will own high‑stakes, cross‑functional projects that shape the future of the business and drive rapid growth across emerging markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead strategic initiatives, from scoping opportunities to delivering results.
• Partner with product, finance, ops, legal and other teams to turn strategy into reality.
• Design and improve key business processes and systems.
• Support prioritisation and resourcing of major initiatives with executive leadership.
• Conduct high‑quality analysis using SQL, Excel and data‑visualisation tools.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to build internal tools that drive efficiency.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of experience in a high‑performing analytical environment (consulting, biz‑ops, startup/scale‑up, etc.).
• Proven track record of taking initiatives from concept to execution.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Owner mindset, bias for action and ability to simplify complex problems.
