Founding GTM Lead - Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a Founding GTM Lead to drive organic growth and support strategic enterprise accounts for a fast‑scaling enterprise‑software company building agentic AI for high‑stakes industrial sectors. Reporting directly to the Co‑Founder and GTM Director, you will have high autonomy and direct influence on market positioning during a critical growth phase.

Key responsibilities

• Shape commercial positioning and create technically precise content such as workflow breakdowns, ROI logic, and case studies.
• Own social media, PR, analyst engagement and drive content repurposing to generate inbound interest.
• Track and report organic inbound contribution metrics.
• Develop ecosystem relationships with industry associations and secure speaking opportunities.
• Support enterprise account teams with materials, join conversations and absorb customer context.
• Leverage AI tools and Large Language Models daily to multiply output and manage multiple work streams.
• Direct external media partners and freelancers on production tasks.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of B2B enterprise marketing experience, preferably in an agency or digital‑first startup.
• Proven individual contributor who can execute without a large team.
• Advanced fluency with AI tools and LLMs to orchestrate workflows.
• Strong marketing and brand strategy instincts with the ability to turn briefs into high‑quality execution.
• Exceptional copywriting for technical and commercial audiences.
• Willingness to travel 20‑30% across the Middle East, Europe and North America.
• Experience marketing to industrial or enterprise sectors is a plus.
