Cluster Social Media Coordinator

About the role

The Cluster Social Media Coordinator will create, manage and optimise engaging digital content for Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island’s social media channels. This role supports brand visibility, guest engagement and revenue‑driving campaigns through compelling storytelling and visual assets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, produce and publish high‑quality images, videos, reels and stories on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Capture on‑site photo and video material showcasing rooms, dining venues, events, staff and guest experiences.
• Write on‑brand captions and short‑form copy that reflect the hotel’s tone of voice.
• Execute the social media content calendar in line with marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions and brand guidelines.
• Monitor daily community activity, respond to comments, messages and reviews, and encourage user‑generated content.
• Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement and follower growth, and prepare regular insight reports.
• Coordinate with external agencies, influencers or photographers when required.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Previous marketing experience in hospitality, agency or airline environments.
• Creative mindset, strong organisational abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
• Interpersonal skills to engage a wide audience and manage relationships.
• Understanding of the local market and ability to generate fresh ideas.

Required skills

• Basic graphic design proficiency.
• Experience using AI‑powered tools for content creation and editing.
