FP&A Analyst - Raffles & Fairmont Global

About the role

Raffles & Fairmont (R&F) is looking for an FP&A Analyst in Dubai to support the FP&A Manager in day-to-day tasks. The analyst works closely with key departments, develops analysis and interpretation of financial data and communicates it through clear data and analytics stories. The role covers hotel topline results, P&L accounts, KPIs, HMA compliance calculations and monthly hotel and corporate closing reviews, helping management make strategic, data-driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation and upload of corporate Last Estimates forecasts (LE1, LE2, LE3) into OneStream R&C (Group Financial System).
• Assist in preparing the annual corporate budget and ensure timely, accurate data loading into OneStream R&C.
• Collect, consolidate, validate and analyse financial data from stakeholders to contribute to budgeting and forecasting.
• Help produce the monthly, quarterly and annual Performance Review reporting package for senior leadership.
• Monitor financial performance indicators such as revenue, payroll costs, FTEs and operating expenses.
• Perform Actual vs. Budget and Actual vs. Forecast analyses, identify key variances and prepare supporting commentary.
• Consolidate financial and operational data, check data quality on actual results (network statistics, revenue, EBITDA, accounts receivable) and support compliance with Group financial standards.
• Prepare and distribute monthly P&L reports and analyses to functional leaders.
• Develop reporting tools, dashboards and processes to improve efficiency and data reliability.
• Prepare management reports including topline reporting, P&L and waterfall analyses, KPI dashboards and business performance presentations.
• Collaborate with Operations Finance, Development and other corporate functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Comfortable working with senior leadership and collaborating in a team; able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Experience with OneStream, Tableau and financial reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel; VBA knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of BI and data visualisation tools (OneStream Analytics, Tableau or similar) is an asset.
