FP&A Manager – Healthcare

About the role

The FP&A Manager will be the forward‑looking engine of HealthHub’s finance function, turning financial and operational data into actionable insights that improve patient outcomes and business performance. This role partners closely with finance, clinical and operational teams across a growing network of healthcare facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts, aligning them with patient volume and utilisation drivers.
• Track actuals versus budget, provide variance analysis and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Build detailed financial models for clinic expansions, new services and investment cases, including ROI and sensitivity analysis.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to translate financial data into commercial insights.
• Prepare executive‑level presentations, dashboards and insights to support strategic decision‑making.
• Continuously enhance FP&A processes, governance and reporting tools such as SAP and Power BI.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of FP&A, corporate finance or similar experience, preferably in a healthcare environment (clinics, hospitals or healthcare groups).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CFA) preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling.
• Experience with SAP.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
