Fraud Management Specialist (Emiratized)

About the role
The Fraud Management Specialist will support and enhance Etisalat's fraud management policy and control framework. You will work closely with multiple departments to detect, mitigate and prevent fraud across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse system‑generated alerts to identify suspicious activities and potential fraud incidents.
- Configure, maintain and optimise fraud detection tools to ensure timely detection and coverage.
- Conduct regular system health checks, performance reviews and ensure system integrity.
- Coordinate with IT and vendors for upgrades, enhancements and troubleshooting of fraud platforms.
- Develop and implement new rules, algorithms and parameters to address emerging fraud patterns.
- Prepare dashboards and reports for management and communicate fraud risk findings.
- Liaise with the Telecom Regulator, law enforcement and other external parties as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology or a related field.
- 2‑3 years of experience in the telecom sector, with exposure to fraud management.
