Fraud Prevention Investigation Lead

About the role

Bybit is seeking a Fraud Prevention Investigation Lead to head its risk control operations in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on identifying fraud risks, analysing cases, and shaping risk‑control strategies across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Review risk tickets submitted by users, assess quality, and propose process and tool improvements.
• Conduct case analysis using operational tools to detect fraud methods, reconstruct attack chains, and define fraud patterns.
• Monitor risk trends, evaluate strategy effectiveness, and build early‑warning capabilities.
• Collaborate with product, technology, legal, compliance and business teams to embed risk controls into new products and processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in risk management, finance, fintech or consulting, with hands‑on case analysis.
• Strong logical thinking, risk sensitivity and ability to communicate findings across functions.
