Freelance Full-Stack Developer - Django, Python & LLM Integration

About the role

A partner company, represented through a recruiter, is looking for a freelance full-stack developer based in the United Arab Emirates to contribute to an evolving AI-powered product at the intersection of artificial intelligence and marketing intelligence. The work is fully remote and part-time, with about 60 hours per month, and involves building and extending full-stack features with Python and Django while integrating large language models and third-party APIs.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain and extend full-stack features for an AI-powered product, mainly with Django and Python
• Develop lightweight frontend interfaces using HTMX, Alpine.js and Tailwind CSS
• Integrate third-party APIs, AI services and LLM providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic and OpenRouter
• Connect marketing data sources and incorporate relevant data into the product
• Write clean, maintainable Python code and contribute to a well-structured codebase
• Use modern AI-assisted development tools and workflows while keeping strong engineering standards
• Manage your own workload, communicate progress and collaborate with a small, senior remote team

Required profile

• At least five years of hands-on full-stack development experience, preferably with Django
• Experience building AI-powered applications with tools such as LangChain, LangSmith, OpenAI, OpenRouter or Anthropic APIs
• Strong written and spoken English; German is a plus
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and contribute ideas proactively

Required skills

• Python and Django
• Docker and Git
• Experience with AI development tools such as Cursor, Codex and Claude Code
• Experience with GCP, Azure, CI/CD or DevOps pipelines is a plus
• Frontend skills and an eye for UI design are advantageous
