About the role
CXG, a global customer experience agency for premium and luxury brands, is seeking freelance evaluators to share their opinions on experiences in assigned luxury stores. You will visit stores in sectors such as cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches or cars and report your findings.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct discreet, in‑store evaluations of luxury brand experiences.
- Provide detailed feedback to help brands improve service excellence.
Required profile
- Keen attention to detail.
- Passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
- Punctual and organized.
