Marketing Officer

About the role

Liwa Education in Al Ain is looking for a Marketing Officer to promote the school's brand, programmes and services. The role covers content creation, event coordination, student recruitment support and building relationships with parents and community partners. Candidates must be bilingual (English and Arabic).

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the school's brand, programmes and services.
• Create and manage marketing content for social media, the website, newsletters and other communication channels.
• Support student recruitment and enrollment through targeted marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate school events, open days, exhibitions and community engagement activities.
• Maintain and enhance the school's online presence and brand image.
• Design promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations and advertisements.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports and collaborate with school leadership and other departments.
• Build relationships with parents, community partners and external stakeholders while keeping activities aligned with school policies and branding guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (QFE Level 7) in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, public relations or a similar role.
• Experience organizing events and promotional campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and project management skills.

Required skills

• Digital marketing, social media management and content creation.
• Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
• Graphic design and multimedia skills are preferred.
