About the role

Al Maharat Private School is seeking a passionate French Teacher to join its academic team for the 2026/27 school year. The successful candidate will deliver French language instruction across all year groups, fostering linguistic proficiency and cultural awareness within the British Curriculum framework.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging French lessons for students of varying ages and abilities.
• Assess student progress using British Curriculum standards and provide constructive feedback.
• Integrate educational technology to enhance learning experiences.
• Maintain effective classroom management and a supportive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and school events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, French Language, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching French.
• Strong knowledge of British Curriculum standards and assessment methods.
• Fluent written and spoken French.
• Commitment to student‑centered learning, professionalism, and continuous development.
