French Teacher – Early Years & Primary

About the role

Masterminds Early Learning Center in Dubai is looking for an enthusiastic French Teacher to deliver high‑quality language instruction to early years and primary‑aged children. The successful candidate will create a joyful, developmentally appropriate learning environment that builds confidence, vocabulary, listening, speaking and early reading skills in French.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging French lessons for early years, Kindergarten and primary students.
• Use songs, stories, games, movement, visuals and role‑play to make language learning active and memorable.
• Differentiate instruction for small groups and individual learners based on age, ability and prior exposure.
• Maintain a structured, positive classroom atmosphere that supports participation.
• Monitor and document student progress through observation and formative assessment.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written French and English.
• Minimum five years of experience teaching French to early years or primary children.
• Bachelor’s degree in French, Education, Languages, Early Childhood Education or related field; teaching qualification preferred.
• Strong understanding of language acquisition in young learners and ability to build speaking confidence.
• Warm, confident classroom presence with effective behaviour management.
