French‑Speaking In‑House Recruiter (10‑15 hires/month)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing multi‑business organisation operating in real estate, banking and corporate services. We are seeking a high‑energy French‑speaking in‑house recruiter to drive talent acquisition across all business lines and support our ambitious growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for 10–15 hires per month, covering sales, consulting, accounting, operations, compliance and real‑estate roles, including senior and C‑level positions when required.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networking events and referrals to maintain a robust talent pipeline.
• Conduct phone and in‑person interviews, assessing skills, experience, cultural fit and alignment with business needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, set hiring priorities and align recruitment strategies with growth objectives.
• Represent the company to candidates, delivering a premium candidate experience and strengthening employer branding.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity and best practices to continuously improve recruitment effectiveness.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of in‑house or agency recruitment experience, preferably in professional services, real estate, finance or fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong relationship‑building capabilities with candidates, hiring managers and external partners.
• Exceptional organization and time‑management skills to handle multiple roles across departments under tight deadlines.
• Proven negotiation skills to align candidate expectations with business requirements.
• Thrives in high‑pressure, fast‑growing settings and enjoys scaling teams across diverse business lines.
