HR Operations Administrator – UAE National

About the role

We are seeking an HR Operations Administrator (UAE National) on a fixed‑term contract to join our regional People Operations team in Dubai. You will be the heartbeat of transactional HR services, delivering precise employee lifecycle administration and providing outstanding daily customer service to colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Tier 1 HR Support Agent: monitor, triage and resolve daily HR queries, escalating complex cases to Tier 2.
• Process employee requests such as salary letters, bank verifications and policy‑compliant reimbursements.
• Provide basic HR data reports and system extracts to authorized team members.
• Partner with the People Operations Manager to share feedback on query trends and improve services.
• Manage daily HCM tasks, ensuring accurate data entry and smooth integration with downstream systems.
• Validate manual and automated payroll inputs (overtime, commissions, variable pay) for monthly payroll processing.
• Conduct regular data quality checks to keep digital employee records accurate and up‑to‑date.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
