Front Desk Agent

About the role

Join Hyde Hotels as a Front Desk Agent and become the welcoming face of our property in Dubai. You will lead the guest experience from arrival to departure, delivering professional and warm service that reflects our brand’s spirit of discovery and connection.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a courteous demeanor, manage efficient check‑in and check‑out processes while upholding service standards.
• Handle guest accounts, process payments, and maintain accurate transaction documentation.
• Listen to guest requests, concerns, and complaints, document them promptly, and coordinate with relevant departments for swift resolution.
• Provide information on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions, and identify upselling opportunities to enhance the stay.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations and adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities without compromising quality.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and courteous under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, early mornings, and overnight hours.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Property Management System (PMS) software or similar hospitality technology platforms.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and standard office software applications.
• Multilingual capabilities are a valuable asset.
