About the role
The Mangroves Abu Dhabi, part of LXR Hotels & Resorts, is looking for a Front Desk Agent. The role centres on welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs and making their stay memorable.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests on arrival and complete check-in, including verifying details, assigning rooms, issuing keys and giving welcome materials or bell service assistance.
- Process check-outs by verifying charges, handling payments, issuing receipts and using the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Answer guest questions with knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions and local area information.
- Use up-selling techniques to recommend hotel amenities and maximise room and service revenue.
- Respond to guest requests, resolve concerns promptly and manage messages and communications.
