Front Desk Agent – Russian Speaker

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, self‑motivated Front Desk Agent who speaks Russian to join our hospitality team at Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering personalized service from arrival through departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests by name, escort them to rooms, and ensure a welcoming experience.
• Provide accurate information on hotel facilities, local attractions, promotions, and events.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of rates, occupancy levels, and daily sales targets.
• Process check‑in and check‑out transactions, post incidental charges, and handle cash according to Front Desk cashiering standards.
• Protect guest privacy by safeguarding personal data.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.

Required profile

• Degree in hospitality or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in a hotel Front Office, ideally with at least one month of service.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills; fluency in Russian is essential.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, and teamwork abilities.
