About the role
We are looking for a professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. The role involves handling customer inquiries via phone, chat and digital platforms while maintaining a courteous and solution‑focused attitude.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality customer service through calls, chats and digital channels.
- Respond to inquiries with professionalism, accuracy and clarity.
- Handle concerns, complaints and requests calmly and resolve them efficiently.
- Document all interactions accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Follow communication guidelines, SOPs and service level standards.
Required profile
- Fluent English speaking and writing with a professional tone.
- Arabic language proficiency (preferred).
- Tagalog speaking ability (preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, chat support or call centre roles.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure during peak periods.
- Professional attitude, patience and a customer‑first mindset.
- Any nationality; must be able to start within 1‑2 weeks.
