Front Desk Receptionist – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are seeking a professional and welcoming Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests and callers at Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi. You will create a positive first impression, manage daily front‑desk operations, and support the wider team with administrative tasks in a fast‑paced luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet visitors, clients and guests with genuine warmth and professionalism.
• Answer, screen and direct incoming calls, recording messages accurately.
• Manage appointment scheduling, coordinate meetings and room bookings.
• Process visitor check‑ins and check‑outs, maintaining accurate records.
• Handle cash transactions and payments, ensuring meticulous record‑keeping.
• Perform data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing information about services and local recommendations.
• Collaborate with other departments, communicating feedback and requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Assist with general administrative duties such as mail distribution and document preparation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a receptionist, front‑desk or customer‑facing role.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
