Front Desk Receptionist – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our five‑star beachfront resort in Ras Al Khaimah. The role is the first point of contact for guests and ensures a seamless, high‑quality service experience in line with our luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality customer service while adhering to safety protocols.
• Manage the flow of guests through the reception area, ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out processes.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, handling multiple lines efficiently.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, follow‑up visits and classes, and maintain accurate records.
• Process managed‑care plans and obtain necessary documentation from insurance providers.
• Maintain a tidy, presentable reception area and manage office supplies and daily mail.
• Provide customers with basic, accurate information and update them on order status or delays.
• Participate in mandatory communication meetings.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in a receptionist, front‑office or similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong customer‑service orientation and organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple phone lines and manage documentation.
• Additional foreign language skills (Russian or German) are an asset.
