Front Desk Supervisor – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Front Desk Supervisor leads the front office team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi, ensuring every guest receives a warm, intuitive, and efficient experience from arrival to departure. This position combines hands‑on service delivery with leadership responsibilities in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily front desk operations, guaranteeing flawless check‑in, check‑out and guest service.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Lead, train, support and motivate front desk associates to achieve service excellence.
• Monitor room availability, arrivals, departures and VIP arrangements for accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with cashiering procedures, guest security protocols and hotel standards.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Accounting and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of front desk experience in a luxury or ultra‑luxury property.
• Ability to stay calm, organized and solutions‑oriented in high‑pressure situations.
• Strong guest‑focused mindset with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Proven leadership skills to train and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel property management system (PMS) operation.
• Strong administrative abilities and cash handling procedures.
• Knowledge of guest security protocols and hotel operational standards.
