Front of House Sales Advisor (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a Front of House Sales Advisor to join our Dubai location. The role combines welcoming guests at the front desk with proactive sales of memberships, party bookings and add‑on services, turning walk‑in visitors into repeat customers.

Key responsibilities

• Approach guests on the floor, introduce memberships, packages, party bookings and add‑on services.
• Convert walk‑in visitors into members, repeat customers or party bookings, meeting a monthly sales target.
• Handle party and group booking enquiries from initial conversation through quoting, follow‑up, confirmation and handover to operations.
• Capture guest contact details and log every lead and outcome in the POS/CRM system.
• Follow up on open leads via phone, WhatsApp and email within agreed timeframes.
• Manage renewals and reactivation of lapsed members or customers.
• Support the front desk during peak periods and provide feedback on offers, objections and guest requests.
• Maintain accurate daily and weekly reporting on approaches, conversions and revenue generated.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of face‑to‑face sales experience with a proven track record against monthly targets.
• Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers, including families with young children.
• Ability to work independently in a loud, busy environment without direct supervision.
• Warm, customer‑focused attitude; high‑pressure tactics are not acceptable.

Required skills

• POS system proficiency.
• CRM or booking software experience.
• Basic spreadsheet skills.
