Front Office Agent (German, Russian or French Speaking)

About the role

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira in Dubai is seeking a Front Office Agent who can communicate in German, Russian or French. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, check‑in, and escort guests promptly to their rooms, handling special preferences recorded in guest profiles.
• Manage cash drawer, cash float, and produce cash‑related reports in line with MODUB Controller's Policy.
• Collaborate with Concierge, Housekeeping, Reservations, PBX and Room Service to fulfil guest requests.
• Prepare daily arrival buckets, welcome cards, registration cards and limousine arrivals.
• Handle guest correspondence, invoices, and credit‑card authorisations.
• Communicate clearly with Night Duty Manager and Accounting Department.

Required profile

• Senior school qualification.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a 5‑star hotel, with at least 1 year in front office.
• Previous experience in the Middle East is an advantage.
• Strong command of English and fluency in German, Russian or French.
