Front Office Agent – Multilingual (Spanish/Italian/German/French)

About the role

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira in Dubai is seeking a Front Office Agent to join its Front Office team. The role involves delivering legendary service to guests while supporting a collaborative, growth‑mindset environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, check‑in, and escort guests promptly, addressing special preferences recorded in guest profiles.
• Handle cash drawer, cash float checks, and produce cash‑related reports in line with MODUB policies.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Housekeeping, Reservations, and Room Service to fulfil guest requests.
• Prepare daily arrival buckets, welcome cards, and manage in‑house guest invoices and credit‑card authorisations.
• Communicate clearly with Night Duty Manager, Accounting, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Required profile

• Senior School qualification.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a 5‑star hotel environment, with at least 1 year in a Front Office role.
• Previous experience in the Middle East is an advantage.
• Fluent English with speaking ability in Spanish, Italian, German or French considered a plus.

Required skills

• Strong command of Microsoft Office products.
• Proficiency with PSMS, GoConcierge, HotSoS, and Rex systems.
