Front Office Ambassador – Residences

About the role

The Front Office Ambassador – Residences will be the first point of contact for guests staying in our luxury residences. You will ensure smooth check‑ins and check‑outs, respond promptly to inquiries, and create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the premium standards of Address Hotels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily front‑office operations for residence guests, including check‑in, check‑out and billing.
• Address guest requests and concerns quickly, coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments.
• Maintain accurate records in the hotel reservation management system.
• Promote additional services and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to ensure 24/7 coverage.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a professional and attentive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in a front‑office or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting while handling confidential information discreetly.
• Positive, team‑oriented mindset and willingness to work varied shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel reservation management software.
• Comfortable using computer systems for data entry and reporting.
