About the role

As a Front Office Clerk at Hilton in Dubai, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless stay. You will manage check‑in and check‑out processes, provide hotel and local information, and promote Hilton’s services to enhance guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, verify reservations, assign rooms, issue keys and provide welcome materials.
• Process check‑outs, verify charges, handle payments and issue receipts using the point‑of‑sale system.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions and local attractions to answer guest inquiries.
• Upsell hotel amenities and services to maximize revenue.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve concerns and manage communications effectively.
