About the role

The Front Office Data Entry Clerk supports the hotel’s front desk by handling guest passport documentation efficiently and accurately. This position ensures that all required information is transmitted to the relevant authorities on the day of guest arrival, contributing to a smooth check‑in experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collect passport copies from the designated area each day.
• File and organize passport copies before handing them to the concierge.
• Send passport information to the Police Department via email on the day of arrival.
• Operate computer and scanner to process and transmit data promptly.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel services and procedures.
• Prioritize tasks to ensure rapid handling of guest data.
• Keep a systematic filing system and regularly update cabinets as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar front‑office or data‑entry role.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Strong computer literacy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work responsibly, adapt to differences, and collaborate within a team.
