About the role
Join the front office team to create memorable first impressions for guests. As a Front Office Host who speaks Russian, you will ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences while delivering the warmth and light of hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, complete check‑in, assign rooms and issue keys.
- Process check‑out, verify charges, handle payments and issue receipts using the POS system.
- Provide comprehensive information about hotel facilities, room types, rates, promotions and local attractions.
- Promote hotel amenities and services through up‑selling techniques to maximize revenue.
- Respond to guest requests, resolve concerns promptly and manage communications.
