Front Office Intern

About the role

Hyde Hotel Dubai, advertised through Hosco in Dubai, is looking for an enthusiastic, guest-focused Front Office Intern to join its team. The expected start date is February 2027. The internship gives aspiring hospitality professionals practical experience in a lifestyle hotel, helping them build communication and guest relations skills and a deeper understanding of personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests and visitors with a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries and provide information courteously.
• Manage visitor check-in and check-out while keeping accurate records.
• Schedule appointments and manage the reception calendar.
• Reply to emails and written inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and document organization.
• Keep the front desk clean, organized and welcoming.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting of front desk equipment and systems.
• Support other team members and departments as needed, and handle sensitive information discreetly.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and passion for hospitality.
• Good English communication; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to high service standards.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
