As the Front Office Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Marjan Island, you will lead a dedicated team to deliver seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure. Your leadership will ensure that every interaction reflects Hilton’s signature warmth and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily front office operations while maintaining Hilton service standards.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences, recognising VIP and repeat guests.
• Drive commercial performance through rate management, upselling and promotion of hotel services.
• Lead, motivate, train and develop the front office team to achieve high performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, fire and health regulations.
• Manage staffing levels, schedules, budgets and departmental objectives.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to guarantee smooth operations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Front Office Manager or equivalent role.
• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high‑performing teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
