Frontend Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Frontend Software Engineer to join a fast‑moving team building AI‑powered communication tools. You will create rich, intuitive user interfaces that enable complex workflows across messaging, automation, and analytics, working in a remote‑first, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, high‑performance frontend interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Translate product requirements into technical implementation plans and break down features into actionable tasks.
• Build and maintain robust unit, integration, and end‑to‑end test suites.
• Integrate product analytics and tracking to measure feature performance and drive iteration.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and product stakeholders.
• Participate in system design discussions and influence frontend architecture decisions.
• Support continuous improvement of development processes, tooling, and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong experience in frontend engineering with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Solid understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and data‑intensive applications.
• Experience working across the full product lifecycle in a startup or fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written English; spoken English strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in asynchronous, distributed teams.
