Frontline Meat Factory Positions – Open Day 20 Sep 2026

About the role

GMG is holding an open‑day on 20 September 2026 to recruit frontline staff for its meat‑processing factory in Dubai. The positions are entry‑level, full‑time roles that support production, butchery and hygiene operations in a fast‑paced food‑safety environment.

Key responsibilities

• Factory Butcher – cut, trim and prepare meat products while adhering to quality and food‑safety standards.
• Production Helper – load, unload and feed materials into production equipment and remove damaged items.
• Hygiene Helper – clean work areas, restrooms and common spaces, restock supplies and report hazards.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness, follow health‑and‑safety procedures and support the team to meet daily production targets.

Required profile

• Physically fit and able to work on a production line.
• Willingness to follow strict hygiene, safety and PPE requirements.
• Ability to work in a team, follow instructions and maintain a well‑groomed appearance (formal or smart‑casual attire).
