Full Stack Developer (FinTech & CRM)

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to design, build and maintain enterprise‑grade fintech and CRM platforms for WinproFX. The role involves working with Laravel/PHP back‑end, Vue.js front‑end, Python micro‑services and Windows Server integrations to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain secure web applications using PHP (Laravel).
• Build responsive user interfaces with Vue.js 3, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS and Vuetify.
• Develop and maintain Python services for automation, background processing and third‑party integrations.
• Create and manage RESTful APIs and integrate payment gateways, CRM systems and external services.
• Design, optimise and maintain MySQL databases, including indexing, stored procedures and query optimisation.
• Implement scalable microservice‑based architectures and asynchronous processing solutions.
• Configure scheduled jobs, queue systems, caching mechanisms and Redis services.
• Work with Windows Server services, Cron jobs and Linux environments.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root‑cause analysis and improve performance.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer.
• Experience in Agile development environments is preferred.
