Full Stack Developer (React & .NET)

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who will build modern, responsive front‑ends with React and robust back‑ends with .NET, while leveraging AI code‑generation tools to accelerate delivery. The role sits within SYSCORT’s technology consulting practice, serving clients across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement responsive, component‑driven user interfaces using React, hooks, and modern state management.
• Develop and maintain server‑side services and APIs with .NET, C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Design, query, and optimise relational databases on Azure SQL and PostgreSQL, including schema design, indexing and stored procedures.
• Use AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, Codex) to scaffold code and accelerate development.
• Review, refactor and debug AI‑generated code to resolve logic errors, security gaps and performance issues.
• Transform prototypes into production‑grade applications with error handling, logging, security hardening, automated testing and CI/CD readiness.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions and deployment activities.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid experience with .NET, C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Good knowledge of Azure SQL and PostgreSQL, including performance tuning.
• Hands‑on experience using AI code‑generation tools within a real development workflow.
• Proven ability to validate and refactor AI‑generated code into reliable, secure software.
• Understanding of production‑ready practices such as security, performance, logging, testing and deployment.
