Full Stack Developer – React, Node.js, Dubai

About the role

Proxym Middle East is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join its Dubai team. You will work on digital transformation projects for banking, insurance, and other sectors, delivering high‑quality web applications using modern technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack web applications.
• Build responsive user interfaces with React.js and Next.js.
• Create backend services and APIs using Node.js and Nest.js.
• Integrate and secure RESTful APIs with authentication and authorization.
• Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB and Redis.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve performance and reliability.
• Implement testing practices and support continuous improvement.
• Assist DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines and deployments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in full‑stack development.
• Strong problem‑solving, debugging, communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in fintech, banking or digital transformation projects is a plus.
